My theory is that you can make chutney from ANYTHING! Though blueberries might make a better relish than a chutney as they are so sweet.  Maybe you could adapt a recipe that uses elderberries?

I found a blueberry relish recipe in one of my books about two minutes after my daughter had stolen the blueberries

You can make chutney out of anything but I think the flavour of blueberries is so delicate that it might be a bit of a waste to do it.

If you want to do it just find a fruit chutney recipe you like and substitute the fruit for blueberries.

Have you considered blueberry, apple and lime jam, or blueberry and grapefruit marmalade?

I have done several blueberry jams which I thought were OK but nothing earthmoving. I think I prefer my blueberries in icecream or cheesecake.

Or a blueberry fool. :)
