what sort of veg or green should i feed my chickens?

Hi Pedro, you will need to feed chickens on chick crumb if they are under 6 weeks old, growers pellets from then to when they start to lay and then layers pellets.  These should be their staple diet and you can give them green leafy vegetables which helps them absorb calcium and produce good quality shells.  You may not be aware that it is illegal to feed your chickens anything that has been in your kitchen, you can store things elsewhere if you are going to use them as chicken feed.   

They also need a supply of grit so they can digest their food and crushed oyster shell for added calcium.
