Ummm just cant decide whether too or not. I have so many gadgets and no cupboard space. Will this really be usefull.

I was one of the fools which rushed out and brought a top chip maker from lakeland, it wet back biggest load of junk ever  ::) is this not the same

Wandering off topic. I know, but I gather that fruit can be dried in the oven, so I'm giving that a go before blowing the cash on a dryer.

I tried toms before 18 hours later we decided enough was enough, they went mouldy in four days as they obviously were not dry enough.

I love the idea if it works properly  ???

Just found this thread and couldn't resist adding this



They are by far the best strawberries I have grown (& tasted) - bought a variety of plants last year to last over a few weeks.  Have had more than this today and there will be more ready over the next few days as well.  Yummy  :D

ah todays harvest, a couple of full sized strawbs each and 15 little ones went into a mouthful bursting with flavour.

6 lb again we are drowing in them. Hubby only picked one bed out of five

I have done two batches of jam and i have run out of jars  :blink:
