pulling 2nd earlies
« on: June 17, 2013, 09:50 »
Morning all, all my spuds are flowering, some for longer than others, is there a way of knowing if they're good to go apart from having a root around? Thanks  :)
It's like a jungle sometimes, it makes me wonder how i keep from going under......

And.... if there are small ones that haven't grown, can you put them back in to grow a bit longer or is it once they're up they're out?
My husband's a water sign, I'm an earth sign, together we make mud :-)

Don't pull them off the plant!

If they're not big enough, cover them back up and they'll carry on.
Did it really tell you to do THAT on the packet?
