Grrr, hill plus tunnel debris trashed some of my plants. have transplanted some elsewhere on the plot.
Concerned how far it will go, and is there anything i can do?

A trap works best in my experience. Find the run and set it there. Not in the hill. That way you get em as they are bolting through.

I did a humane trap once.. and then  forgot about it!
Kids windmill stuck into the mound with the stick right in the tunnel- they hate the vibrations  :D
I kid you not  ::)
