« on: June 04, 2013, 16:27 »
A nice neighbour gave me some onions at the allotment. They were sets started off in modules, new one to me already! Anyway, they have a lot of leaf, about a foot.I have put some in and they are floppy at the moment, but should I take some of the leaf off or leave them be?thanks

I wouldn't.  I would plant them and leave them be. I would water them in but that's all  :)
