hi hi have had some tomatoe plants growing inside for a few weeks and today i put them outside for a few hours in the sun as you are supposed to do and some of the leaves have gone a silvery colour will they be ok.

Sounds like they've got sunburn/windburn.
Keep doing your hardening off for a couple of days, even though the weather is supposed to be warm, then plant out.
They should be fine.
