I guess after last year, and recent times, people are a little twitchy. Can't imagine any troubles yet.

Some allotment folk on our site now only plant earlies/2nd earlies they really want, as they tend to do their thing before the worst ravages of any blight, and main crop potatoes are so cheap by the bag anyway.
