I planted some honey berries in my garden the autumn before last, and I thought I might have one or two fruit from them this year but there's been no sign at all of any flowers or fruit. They look very healthy and a decent size, but no sign of a crop. How long does it take them to start cropping? And what month do they normally show flowers? And yes, I do have a pair of the two different varieties needed for pollination.

Honeyberries fruit at the same time as most strawberries - sometime in June. So I don't think yours will fruit this year    It it can take a few years for the shrub to develop size and strength to fruit, but they should be in full bearing mode by their 5th year. A fruiting size is between 5 to 8 feet so keep the secteurs away.

Noteworthy is that birds adore honeyberries so you must cage them in rather than net them. I'm building a large walk-in fruit cage this year and my honeyberries are in there.

Had mine 3 years, I'd almost given up on it not much growth etc. Then this spring its gon e bonkers lots of new growth and flowers.

  I've got three bushes, this is there 2nd year .

 They are about 3ft tall and quite bushy but no sign of any berries either
