Epsom Salts
« on: May 28, 2013, 08:11 »
Planted out my tomatoes last week and already they are showing yellowing on the older leaves.  I remember from last year that Epsom Salts did the trick on this but can't remember what dilution to use.  I bought the pack in the Chemist and not in the Garden Centre so there are no instructions for feeding tomato plants on the container :D

I just sprinkle a spoonful of Epsom salts on the compost and water in.
Never killed a plant so far ! :)

Thanks folks, we have no water at the plot at the moment (council doing some Road works burst the mains).  As soon as it is back I will give them a good dose of Epsom Salt and see how I get on.
