Can I transplant ?

Plenty of gaps in my beetroot row . Can I transplant beetroot seedlings to fill the gaps ? Unsure if then can be I know carrots don't like it

Just pop more seed in the gaps. Think of it as successive sowing or staggering the harvest.

I grow beetroot in small modules due to problems of sowing into my clay soil. I transplant early when first true set of leaves are fully out - done it for a few years now - works for me...
