It got to 3 inches plus and stopped, just sat there, they are in a cold frame still. Are they sulking and is there anything I can do to kick their bottoms into line.

It's got colder lately - they don't like that. If they are pale as well as stalled you could try a liquid feed but they won't grow with any enthusiasm until it warms up whatever you do.

What should I feed them, I made comfrey tea but it's not ready yet. Maybe they all need a boost. Infact I need a boost, maybe comfrey tea would suit me too.

Whatever you've got available - it's only to make sure the compost isn't running short of nutrients.

Failing that, I personally find a nice cup of Ringtons tea and butttercrunch biscuits quite nutritious!

I assume the tea and biscuits is for me not that plants lol if only I had my camera. I'd knock up a pic for you with my sweetcorn having a tea break.
