hi all got cabbadge and sprouts and  kale  hardened off shall i wait a week or two to plant and also when to put my cobra french beans out

I would say cabbage, kale etc could go out but French beans people say to wait till last frost has passed. Mine are going out in the next two weeks or they will walk to the plot on their own
