Potting on Brassicas

My brassicas are in 5cm modules. They are about 3in tall with their first true leaves. Is now a good time to pot them on?

Drat! Just realised I will need a bigger cold frame

I've just checked them and they have suddenly started to go a bit leggy. Will this be due to getting a bit flattened by the rain last night?
