If it's planning space on the plot that you're after - then it is very easy to make one for yourself on Excel (it must be if I can manage it  ;) )

I did my own all the defined beds are marked with rectangles and then I spend my daughters nap time colouring them in so they look pretty. Hubby thinks I am sad but an organised plot is a must for me. Order, order, order everything in it's place. On my plots anyway

I use that GrowVeg garden planner which I found very easy to use. It's not free but £15 per year is hardly noticeable in the budget. One of the features I liked about it most is that follow on plans bear in mind crop rotation and highlight areas where you shouldn't plant similar crops.

I've also done my own plot plans using a spreadsheet. As the others have said they are easy to do.

I also have a separate spreadsheet where I note down all my seed sowing times, transplanting times and harvesting times etc. I use one work sheet per vegetable. I also note down the seed packet information and relate it to the sowings. It's a bit of a choir keeping it up to date but then it actually becomes invaluble in following years.

Sorry if anyone finds this a bit sad but there you go. My excuse is that I have too much time in Winter when I can't get to the plot on dark evenings

It's got to be Excel, as you can fiddle around to your heart's content!

And you can colour the beds in those long winter evenings...:0)

and spend hours moving stuff around in the virtual world - only to change your mind as you start to plant things out in the real one

Excel "text boxes" are wonderful, as you can move, colour and re-size them to your heart's content in winter to help you plan where everything's going to go the following year (and then make some serious adjustments next summer to help you remember what actually did happen!)
Sow your seeds, plant your plants. What's the difference? A couple of weeks or more when answering possible queries!

One of the best things about being an orang-utan is the fact that you don't lose your good looks as you get older

The growing plans themselves are absolutely brilliant of course, but nature keeps intervening and cocking things up!  ::)

Ooooh Noooo, Mums!

I changed our's around only last evening...;0)

It's actually the correct way to plan ahead, and change beds according to the weather, circumstances etc...

Well, that's what I tell Mrs Growster, as we print off copy 29...:0)

Ha ha ha!

Actually, we print off one copy, then alter it until it's totally illegible, with scribbles and silly (rude) words all over it, then we agree that it was best for the plot that way...;0)

Then we have another glass of wine...;0)

I was really offended when hubby said he could save me the hassle and colour in my boxes for me. How rude, doesn't he know I like colouring too.  Florence wanted to help but I had to educate her on her pictu and mummies, especially when her favourite crayon seems to be black.
