My aubergine isn't very happy - any ideas

Oh no!  it can get very hot in the conservatory and I guess dry too. Is my only option to follow a chemical route??

hi it looks like red spider mite theres not many if any sprays suitable for aubergines you say its in a conservatory try placing a saucer of water near plant red spider dont like humidity not too humid or can cause mildew never water aubergines over top of plant it causes stem rot  jezza

Wet a sponge with very diluted washing up liquid and wipe the underside of each leaf, specially new leaves.
Repeat regularly and raise humidity as jezza says - good luck!

Oh dear, that explains why I am slowly but surely losing my Aubergines - my OH has been happily hosing everything in the greenhouse (he has a couple of days off work and has been very kindly looking after all my babies for me) - everything else seems to love it but aubergines have been looking very sad.  Will ring him now and explain not to do the Aubergines.
