chicks developing
« on: April 24, 2013, 19:19 »
My three pekin chicks are 2 weeks old today (all hatched within a day of eachother) One is developing much faster than the other two and has far more wing feathers. Does this indicate it may be a boy? I am constantly looking for 'signs' as to which might be boys/girls and wondered if this might be one of those signs.

Best to post some picture for members to comment on.  I have some chicks that are larger and smaller from one brood and both are cockerels so size is not an indicator.   :)
