A little bit of a green hue on the tray with the Celeriac in it so fingers crossed I might have some seedlings by this evening.

I have to admit to a right muck-up here  ::)
I planted a small tray of celeriac and the same of Eryngiums.........the tray of celeriac is empty - but it appears I have both large and small leaved seedlings emerging in the Eryngium tray.I must have sown both lots of seed in the same tray.  oooops

I'll have fun pricking that lot out, won't I  :nowink:

As we were so far behind with sowing celeriac, we discovered some in the Notcutts GC in Maidstone, Mums!

They all seem to have at least three heads of shoots, and need pricking out pretty soon!

They weren't cheap, but if they get looked after as they should I may do better this year!

Thank you everyone for your replies.      I did buy a tray of plants from a local garden centre, will pot them on into 3in pots to get established before planting out.

I potted up my home grown ones today, into modules. They're looking good  :)

A great way of saving compost and making the best of available space. It may catch on!  ;)
