Hen legs

Hi chaps,

Just looking at the hens today and noticed several had fatter legs then the others. They also have small and dull crests too.

Is this a sign of age? Also I assume these will not be laying? As you know I inherited all these hens so I have no idea how old they are.

Sounds like they are off lay at the moment Cudders. They will probably start laying again in Feb/March.
