Took me a couple of weekends to put together my Heath Robinson construction - getting 'same size' pallets made all the difference for me - I'd really stress how much easier life is if you don't have to dismantle and cut too much.
I'm now thinking about how to improve the water resistance in those parts that haven't been double planked - perhaps window sealant. My tool shed cost maybe £20 for nails and preservative - unlike a number of cheap diystore sheds on the site it hasn't been blown over (yet).
