I will have to have a go at making some. Glad it tasted as good as it looked.
I am collecting them all to my Epicurious website (one of my favourites anyway), you add something called an Epicurious Clipper to your bookmark toolbar and can then add any recipe from anywhere on the net. But I really like Epicurious because it lets you sort your recipes into whatever folders you care to make up and so they are easy to find. :)
Thank you I shall have a look.

Still too frozen out there to do much, so todays projects are - make some more sourdough bread, make a slow cooker beef shin red curry recipe I got off this forum a while ago and a sweet treat yet to be decided from the River Cottage bread book  :)

Feel like making the house cosy and smell nice with baking smells, with a spicy backnote of a curry bubbling away  :)

I am hoping to get a batch of lemon curd made this evening.  I need some for a lemon meringue cake at the weekend.

I too print recipes off & save them from magazines etc & consequently have a huge tub, actually a redundant bath stool/storage box full of recipes.

I stick mine into scrapbooks; a different scrap book for each category. It makes it easier to find  the recipes.

I have 2 full scrap books on chocolate.

I have several ring binders full of recipes too!!! But I only print off and keep recipes that I have tried, like and would like to make again. Those all have separate files, bread, cake, soup etc. But when I want to try something new, I have to keep swapping between web sites and comparing. Plus some of my favourite web sites - like BBC Good Food - are horribly slow and clunky and I often can't even sign into my binder to look for the recipes that I want. I would need to be a very rich person indeed to buy all the ink and paper for the recipes I want to keep. I will also need to live to be at least 906 (and the rest!) to try them all out!
Mrs Ball, two scrapbooks on chocolate sounds perfectly reasonable to me, as long as you have several chocolate cookbooks to go with it! :)
