Oh dear
Perhaps I will stick with my recipe as lemonade and not try to ferment it.
Was it really dreadful or might it improve with keeping?
I remember making some lemon and lime chutney and we all agreed it wasn't very good so I gave it away to get other feedback. Three months later i found the remaining jars and tasted again and it was gorgeous, especially with a curry.
The worst thing is I threw away my recipe notes for it too.
OH did this with some wine many years ago but after leaving it was really lovely. i think it was a banana and parsnip sauterne.
