is it wrong time to hatch eggs?

Fertility at this time of the year would probably be low.  Keeping the temperature regulated when the chicks hatch will also be a challenge in winter.  Then if you only manage to hatch one or two chicks it would be an expensive exercise keeping them warm until the spring.  It is a personal choice but I would not recommend it at this time of the year.   

Same here, thinking of hatching some Muscovy duck eggs when one of my broodies decides it is the right time.  Roll on the Spring.
