Thanks for all your replies  .  I am going to pick up some more ivermectin and treat the other 2 girls aswell as I dont know which bird the worms came from and it did seem to be a bit quick for the ivermectin to work.
They didnt eat the porridge or sultanas so have taken it away.  Will get some tonic when i go out.
Will try the apple, carrot and garlic.  So many good ideas.  Thank you. 
They are on growers pellets at the moment as there is a 14 week old one in with them.  Is that okay?

Growers are alright as long as none of they is laying.  They need layers to help produce a good egg shell.  They can lay softies otherwise and they are more likely to have a broken egg in their system which you don't want.

Maybe I should mix the layers and growers together so they get some of each.  One laid and egg yesterday but dont think the other 2 are yet.

If they are the same age you should be alright on layers if one is laying she will need them.  If some are much younger try putting layers out until the afternoon and then growers so the one laying will get enough nutrients.
