i have some all year round coulis in,checked them today.1  had a head 6in across 2 others 4in,,can these stay over winter or should i crab them quick

I would crop them before they go to seed. They freeze well.

Ming you I'm no expert having never grown a decent cauli in my life.

If you can see the curd of a cauli, they need harvesting. They certainly won't sit all winter!

No only that but if they're like my caulis, the slugs will browse them and turn them horrible!
