Last year, my wifew collected FIVE of those 'one tonne' bags full of leaves and we just chucked them over the wall into the woodland below.

That was before my newly developed passion for gardening!!!

Now - I have built a 2' deep x 5' wide x 4' high hopper out of gravel boards to chuck them all in.

Pretty stoked with how it turned out.

Yes looks really professional.  I don't know if the photo shows it's final resting place but it really needs to be on earth so the worms can get up and the water can drain out
