Completely wild guess not knowing how and where you are growing it but i would say too much water.I grew a lot of Goji berry plants from seed and one wet winter saw them off.
They can handle the cold but need to be very well drained .
I think the UK summers are a bit wetter than they are used to in the Peruvian mountains!

Glad you asked that question Prikay, as mine has done the same.  As we are in the same area I assume that they have succumed to the very wet weather we have had.

Mine was a purchased plant and there was nothing in the instructions to keep them well drained, you live and learn.

It's on the allotment, so guess the wet weather has had a hand in it.
Any suggestions on how to review it?
I bought it as a plant from a well known company, Dxxxxes two years ago.

I have 2 growing in my garden in big containers, had them 2yrs.  1 is in a rather exposed place in the open, the other is against a wall.  But only about 15/20ft apart  The exposed 1 has got buds on, but it is not looking all that great and looks like it's ready to give up for the year.  The other is still growing like mad and looking full of life with buds on.  (when I say buds, I mean the berries) They have both been having the same feeds at same times and same watering etc.  I suspect the 1 against the wall is doing better due to the wall absorbing heat and keeping the plant warmer for longer.  So, maybe it's the cooler weather and how wet it has been combined doing that to yours?  Here is hoping for some actual fruit, as they both put out flowers last year, but no fruit.  So I am hoping for some this year, or they are going down the skip lol.
