looks brilliant! and all those tasty nasturtiums!

Tasty nasturtiums??

You eat them? All of it?

Tell me more please......
Flowers are nice in salads and you can pickle the seed pods and use as capers.  :tongue2:

I like the leaves in an egg sandwich or a green salad

I ate a nasturtium flower once. They are hot and peppery. A bit too hot for me as I like bland food, but I might try some in a casserole sometime.

You can also eat the seed pods with out pickling them - but they can be quite hot and spicy.

I haven't tried the leaves or seed pods yet - thanks for the tip, but I take handsful of the flowers each time I go. OH is convinced the yellow ones are spicier than the orange or red. Tastes a bit like a sweet floral radish.

We have them with stuffed courgettes or omelettes to add a bit of punch.
