Was going to put runners in, but had to leave the potatoes longer than anticipated. So now I have two lovely empty raised beds, about 2 sq m each.  What can I do with them?

I have sown today:

coriander, raddicchio, florence fennel and khol rabi

and planted out some lettuce seedlings and some module grown spring onion clumps

Tomorrow will sow mooli, turnip seed and spinach

I'm sowing mange tout tomorrow  -  not sure they will make it but never got around to sowing them so into the ground they go in tomorrow, plus spinach, turnips and sowing some more lettuce

i'm doing more Runner beans tomorrow as my others have failed and also the ones that came up have been nobbled by slugs!!

ive planted my leeks out where the potato`s were and also 3 different types of kale, possibly a bit late but should be ok

Swiss Chard, Lettuce, Radish as well as the others already advised

Leeks in modules and ready to go in as potatoes get harvested.

have sown kale and Hestia dwarf beans, more Tundra cabbage and Cosse Violette climbing beans today all said to sow til July on the packets..........so worth a go if we get a mild start to autumn we'll will reap the benefit

Never grown hestia but always fancied them spilling out of pots, as they look superb

I tried an early lot in the greenhouse, a sound plan i thought, until the dratted slugs got the lot 

That's why I had the seed in my box
