Wow Dora, how many strawberry plants have you got?  They look lovely!  Makes my first harvest tonight look paltry!

But as I only planted them on 13th May, and had our first 22 ripe fruit tonight, I am well chuffed!

GrannieAnnie and Poolman, I have a  l o t  of strawberry plants  . I inherited the ones on the allotment, transplanted some more and then I have a few at home, including alpine strawberries .
There are problems with having so many like the netting and watching the birds eat a large proportion
