dwarf beans
« on: June 20, 2012, 09:47 »
Hello, my dwarf beans were battered by the recent winds and rain. Am I too late to plant some more?

Don't dig up and discard your originals.  My broad beans got a battering and a frosting and are now producing like billyo!

Cheers,    Tony.
I may be growing OLD, but I refuse to grow UP !

I will keep the originals and see. I have had a few tasty beans from them. I have planted new seeds in root trainers and by the time they are ready to plant out, I will have a better idea as to whether the old ones arew likely to recover!
