I planted my peppers into 6" pots a while ago, the peppers are now over a foot tall, problems is the roots are just appearing at the bottom of the pots, the peppers have also flowered.  Will these pots be ok or should they be potted up?  Wit larger pots means less space in the greenhouse.

If they are peppers, rather than chillis, then I find they eventually need large pots like tomatoes do.
