I've got Crystal Lemon & La Diva on the go.  100% germination on all my squash/cucumbers/courgettes with the exception of my Rouge Vif D'etampes

Worth a pop Argyllie - the seeds you buy (as above) just may be from a similar batch!

Marketmore and Crystal Lemon, seeds two and one year old respectively so I think they should have been OK. Maybe I will just buy some more as we get a good crop when they do germinate.

Sowed some more CL, no more Marketmore seeds. I do feel its a bit late to start buying more, wait for them to arrive, etc...

It's the heat. I sowed some a fortnight before the heatwave arrived and kept them in the house, but only one came up. I sowed more a week ago and left them in the greenhouse and all have come up.
