I tried the following recipe out during the week which was very tasty. I left out the beans though as I didn't have any.

I've got another 5 thighs in the freezer, 3 are already marked for springlands puertorican dish, although Im not so sure about lavender chicken 

It's nice for a change, but as I said b4, you can just substitute tarragon, thyme or whatever.  It's the lovely sticky coating that's so nice - it doesn't really matter which herb you use!

Mmmmmm - think I will be trying Snowdrops recipes - they sound lovely.
