What plant is this?

I sowed some winter salad mix months ago in the polytunnel but didn't think it worked as only one plant (rocket) came up. These two mystery plants have now sprung up but I'm not sure if they're rogue weeds or the salad?!!

Do they look edible to you?  :unsure:
