It's an Arum looks a bit different from the common lords & ladies though - so I'll carry on thinking

shows lords & ladies with leaves like yours so it is probably that..I've not seen one with such bright and pretty markings before
The berries are toxic so be careful

Arum Italicum would be my guess, looks like mine in the garden.

The 2 nd link shows the variety " pictum", I think that one has more white markings on the leaves.
