Sorry I don't know whether this belongs in cooking or grow your own.  I forgot my gherkins growing in the garden and they suddenly  (llike courgettes ) zoomed up to 10inches long and four inches round.  To big for pickles but what can I do with them?

You could slice them & then pickle or chunks. What do they taste like raw,cucumber with prickly skin
