Sick chicken
« on: April 12, 2012, 19:02 »
Last weekend we had a chicken who when she bent over would throw up some liquid.  I think it was this site that had a recommendation to hold her upside down & massage the neck to force the build-up out, then feed her on a mix of garlic and yoghurt.  Anyway, it worked.  We drained her a few times over two days, and she took to the garlic/yoghurt, and is now much better, and improving all the time.
So thank you, whoever made the suggestion.
