« on: March 23, 2012, 18:58 »
heres a photo of a pea seed i am growing 'out of soil'!

im happy with the current results as its only been in the pot 72 hours
When i die i shall go to may. It will be green. Not environmentally correct green, for things will just be, without measurement or judgement, but actually the colour green in all its thousand shining faces.

What are your arrangements for nutrients & light?
Did it really tell you to do THAT on the packet?

So now it's a nude model, albeit a globally famous one, what is going to happen to it next?  ::)

there are no nutrients and the object is really just to be able to study the root system more than anything (i have just bought a book on botany) and i'm going to eventually dissect it and look at it under a microscope (although that depends on how well it grows)

OK, that's interesting. Would you conduct a control experiment by growing one in soil and perhaps one in nutrient gel to observe differences?
