Too impatient for seeds to germinate.
« on: February 28, 2012, 19:05 »
I have sown Antohi Romania sweet pepper seeds which take 21 to 30 days to germinate in an electric propogator because they're stubborn little fellows.

I have run out of patience several times and fiddled about in the soil after 14 days with a plastic spoon to discover that the seeds have either disappeared or show no sign of sprouting.

To my great impatient shame I have discarded the A.R. seeds in favour of Red Ruffled Pepper seeds - gogoscar they're called in Romania- and these have sprouted in about 10 days as have jalapeno chilli seeds.

What does anyone else do when they're feeling impatient? Tie their hands together? Look the other way?
