Hi I have an incubator and a broody, i got hold of 12 legbar eggs i put 6 under my broody hen and 6 in the incubator, they were due yesterday and up to yet iv had 4 out of 6 hatch under broody  ::) but no signes of chicks in the incubator  :wacko: is it normal for incubated eggs to take longer ???

the incubator will be running at a different temperature and humidity. also the broody will turn the eggs and move them around far more than an incubator does.
Staffies are softer than you think.
