Today I was given a sort of hanging bag/basket thing that says it's for growing strawberries,you know the kind I'm trying to describe (very poorly) they advertise them on tv and mags etc.
Could I use this to grow tomatoes in and if so how would I go about it?
It says it's an inverted growing system, is this just a gimmick?

I did last year.  The main issue was trying to keep it well watered.
