Sussex hens
« on: February 12, 2012, 18:35 »
Within the next few weeks I will be installing a hen house and run, and have decided on the Sussex bread of hens.  I've never kept chickens so this is all new to me.

Can someone please help with locating a breeder and advise on where the best places to buy the feed from?  I am located in Stroud, glos.

Cheers

it also depends on which type of sussex you want:- light sussex, speckled sussex, buff sussex or one of the other colours  :). Good luck with your new venture the sussex are a lovely all round breed of bird.
Staffies are softer than you think.
