this is our 3rd year with the lotty plots and i to am itching to start sowing all types of seeds.  But after starting seeds off toooo early the last two years and having to find somewhere to keep them till planting out time          I will wait this year!
we are still eating potatoes, onions, leeks, squashes, sprouts cabbages, broccoli from lotty and have fruit and veg in freezer from lotty. which is great and hoping for better results from crops this year too.  growing your own veg is so rewarding for taste freshness etc. as well as having financial benifits
oh i can hardly wait till weather improves and can get going again

It's a strange time of year.  A kind of limbo, a void where we seem to tread water, freewheel until it's time to start the seed sowing in earnest.  Making lists, buying things in readiness, pawing over the seed catalogues. All diversion activities while sitting on our hands  :nowink:
