Hello there,What is the best month for pruning  fuchsia's.

If you mean bush ones in the garden - I wait until they start to grow and just cut away the dead stems. The winter weather is what decides the extent of pruning for me 

The hanging basket ones in the greenhouse get chopped back quite hard as soon as they show signs of life, which is obviously sooner than the ones outside. Cut each stem back to a pair of buds.
