Lost all 6 of mine about 4 weeks ago, found 1 body in next field, but no sign of other 5, lots of feathers and blood.

Waiting until spring then restocking again.

That must have been awful for you.  Hope all goes well for your new stock in the spring.

Oh I am so sorry 
I lost another bantam to a buzzard yesterday so I'm having to consider attacks from all directions.  Hopefully garden netting over the run laced with hanging CDs will deter aerial predators.  I have also been loaned a model of an eagle owl to place where any cruising buzzard can see it.  That can also deter

Sorry to hear this Min, it's heartbreaking.  Our Lavender Sabelpoot cockerel went off to his new home in Bolsover just before Christmas, 3 days later the fox got him and one of the hens.  Even though they were in an enclosed run, it found a tiny gap, grabbed them and left their bodies.
