Am so excited, have had our allotment for one month now. have cleared all the weeds and odd planting done by the old inhabitants!!! polytunnel up.. so what now?? what to get in? any ideas??

Not a lot.
Garlic, broad beans and maybe some winter lettuce in the poly tunnel.
You may get some more advise if you ask the same question in the greenhouse/polytunnel section.

In addition to TerryB's advice, now is a great time for planning next years plot. You could be covering the areas you're going to plant Potatoes and Cabbages/Cauli's with horse manure/straw, then dig in next spring prior to planting.

You can plant any fruit bushes you want now including strawberries
