Tomatoes have been all or nothing for me it seems. Little cherries went great but the pum toms just seems to grow and get poorly.

Any ideas what's wrong with this bad boy??

Looks like botrytis on the stems to me - it's been a bad year for fungal diseases. I don't think there is much you can do at this stage of the season.
Cut out the dying stems, see if the plant survives long enough to mature the fruit or remove the fruit and ripen them indoors.

I would because I think airborne disease is all around anyway so may as well get some benefit from the plant.
