Just wanted to thank you Joyfull.
My post yesterday about sick guinea keet you asked if crumbs were medicated, I said they were not. When I went to feed merchant I specifically asked for non medicated chick crumb, the people who sold me the eggs said that keets did not react kindly to this.

Unfortunately I did not check, as the merchant was so convincing, my bad. When the keets became poorly I naturally assumed it was due to not having ACS and got the Coxoid, so unfortunately they have been double dosed

If you had not mentioned it it would not have made me check, wish I had done it sooner! Think it may be too late for this chick, but the others seem to have got over it.

glad you got it sorted  . I never give any of my chicks medicated crumb because even though medicated feed helps with cocci it doesn't cover all types of cocci and then you have to change their feed onto unmedicated and give coxoid or baycox (all at a time when you need it urgently). It also can lead people into a false sense of security believing their chicks will be immune to coccidiosis.
I think on mainland Europe chick crumb is generally unmedicated. Good luck with the little keet
