Just cleared my plot of blight tomato plants, what do I do now to prevent this happening again next year?
Also, if any infected fruit remain in the earth, will this cause a problem next year?

The disease spreads in the air, but needs humidity to start with....so there is nothing you can do to prevent it..........
spraying when the conditions are right for blight ,and it is in your part of the country may stop your plants from being affected
